How we check our cars
Every car we sell is checked by ONEFIX, our own workshop on the same site — not by a third party we pay to say yes. These are the 34 points. Anything we find is written on the car's page before you see the price, with a photograph of where it is and one up close. A fault we know about and did not tell you is a fault we are liable for; so we tell you.

What happens to what we find
Cosmetic marks and wear are declared and photographed. Anything that must be put right before sale is put right by ONEFIX and the car cannot be advertised until it is — that rule is in our system, not a promise. And once a car is sold, ONEFIX is still here for it.
